Products on The Gear Stand are made-to-order and once they are sent to production after ordering, changes cannot be made. If you contact us within 48 hours after ordering, we may be able to make an adjustment to your order, but this isn't guaranteed. Contact us asap if you need an edit on your order here: Support@thegearstand.com.
We do not hold inventory or stock and therefore cannot do exchanges. If the mistake was ours, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. A full refund is also an option, but we really want you to get the proper product so you can enjoy it!
We also understand mistakes can be made! Please let us know if you ordered the wrong size or whatever the case might be, and we will do our best to help get you the proper item at a large discount.
