Shipping & Returns

All Products on The Gear Stand are custom printed just for you and are subject to a 1-5 day (depending on the item) handling/printing period before they are dispatched.

We will notify you by email or text when your items have been shipped.

If you do not receive this email for any reason, please email us at to get your tracking number asap.

7 - 30 days depending on your location. These are estimates, we've seen packages shipped quicker at times or during the holidays, take a bit longer.

USA: 7 - 20 days

Canada: 7 - 20 days

Europe:7 - 20 days

Australia: 7 - 20 days

Rest of the world: 10 - 30 days

Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

After placing an order, you can view the order status anytime by simply clicking on the "LOGIN" link at the top right corner of every page of our website. On mobile you will have to tap the 3 lines at the top left of the page and you will see the "LOGIN" link.

From there, you will be able to view information about your order, including the tracking number.

We also send out email and/or text notifications at each stage of the process. Including the tracking info.

Please keep in mind, all orders are printed-on-demand and custom made. COVID-19 regulations have also slowed some ship times down so please be patient with us. Thank you!

Yes, any items not received within 8 weeks qualify for a our full refund or a reship guarantee.

If you are ever unhappy with the items you have received in your order, please contact customer service. Do not return any merchandise to us without first contacting our customer service department. 

Products on The Gear Stand are made-to-order and once they are sent to production after ordering, changes cannot be made. We do not hold inventory or stock and therefore we cannot do exchanges/returns. If the mistake was ours, we will gladly send replacements at no cost.
